Character "Power"
(how stats translate to "power")
These tables are helpful when creating characters and determining how certain stats resemble how "powerful" a character is.

This is especially useful if you're doing a "free-flowing" character creation session, where you begin with character concepts and plug in numbers based on what the Players come up with. In other words, there isn't a limited number of points to allocate for character creation - the only limitation is if the Game Runner and group think something is too overpowered or needs to be specified further. Other than that, the Game Runner works with the Players and assigns numbers based on their description of the character.

(For determining Item stats, see the TEMPLATES section.)
